I made these last night and they were SO good.I had to add a lot of flour I'm not sure if my zuchinni was just relllay juicy or what but do you have to have them completely solid once you start frying them?I just decided to wing it after a while and plopped them in the pan. still turned out amazing!

Hey Luke!

I'm no expert at frying food, but I know for this particular recipe the fritters are still quite wet and not at all solid when I start frying... it all seems to work out somehow.

One of my favorite recipes- glad you enjoyed it!
