More for me than you. :) These days I'm lucky to make one or two meals a week. We eat leftovers and quick food like sandwiches for our other meals. 

Dinners:

Shepherds Pie- I'm trying a variation on this recipe with green chili in the beef mixture and sweet potato mashed potato on top.

Pumpkin Mac and Cheese with Savory Spinach bites
