Charlotte is growing up so fast! She is currently 27.5 months old. And no, I did not know that off the top of my head. 
We gave her a haircut a few days ago. Nothing too revolutionary, just trimmed her bangs so that she can see and a blunt cut across the back. She still has some wispy baby hair and new hair coming in, so I'm not going to worry to much about styling it right now. It does make her look older, though!
Charlotte is also just BIGGER. After being on the small side until well over a year old, she has had some serious growth. She is TALL! Lots of 2T clothes don't work on her because of her height. Almost all of her 3T clothes fit.
Charlotte adores singing, dancing, playing airplanes, and helping. She's a really devoted helper- if we are carrying groceries in from the car she insists on carrying something. If there is a mess she wants to clean it. If we are raking she gets out her own rake to help.
Basically, we love her to bits.
