We're back and -gasp- I'm actually getting back to weekly meal planning! About time, eh?
This week from our CSA (extra because we've been gone a bunch this month):
Produce CSA:
Potatoes, onions, leeks, lemon squash, pickling cucumbers, 2 dozen chicken eggs, 1/2 dozen duck eggs, peas
Meat CSA:
Three pounds sausage, 1 pound ground beef, 1 huge sirloin steak
Other Farmer's Market Goodies:
Corn, tomatoes, garlic, bread
Meals for this week:
Breakfast:
- Biscuits and Gravy
- Lemon Blueberry Pancakes
Lunch/Dinner:
- ELT's: Egg Salad, Lettuce, and Tomato Sandwiches
- Beer Can Chicken with Avocado and Grilled Corn Salad
- Penne with Pea Pesto
Snacks:
