Micah and Christine

• Wearing heels is not a good idea when you are the one who is setting up and cleaning up the meeting.
• Pumpkin stains.
• Toddler poop is about a million times more gross than newborn breastmilk poop. (I knew this already, but have been reminded a lot lately.)
• My daughter's birthday is June 1st. My Dad's birthday is June 2nd. Not the other way around. (Again, knew this already, but...)
• It takes exactly one week for our wood floors and stone floors to get filthy again*. 
• The airport drive is still not paved, three weeks later.
• Two people simultaneously pursuing PhD's and raising a toddler is amazingly difficult.

*Except, of course, the floor underneath Charlotte's high chair. The floor beneath Charlotte's high chair is filthy again within 24 hours.
