Charlotte and I had lunch with my friend and former coworker Mariel a few weeks ago. Yay girls’ lunch! In passing I mentioned that Charlotte’s hair was beginning to grow a little long in back... maybe even starting to resemble a mullet. Then Mariel said something that stuck with me.
“Christine, you can’t let your child have a mullet. That’s not good parenting.â€
We had lunch with Mariel again last week, and she mentioned poor little Charlie’s mullet again!
What’s a Mom to do? Well....
....run to Target, buy tiny hair bands, put child’s hair in adorable tiny pigtails, dress child up cute, and make husband take lots of pictures of daughter. The results follow.

And yes- Luce went through her mullet phase as well. And eventually, you will have to cave in and cut that little tail off, my friend. But for now, she couldn't be more adorable!
Sarah- It goes so fast!
Leah- It was so hard to get those pictures! She just wants to RUN everywhere!
Martha- Thanks for your comment. I sent you a message.
Jo- Not too much spam. :)
Julie- Charlie has had a combover since birth! :)
