Our friend Anish heard about my paneer debacle a few weeks back. He had pity on me, and on his most recent trip to an Indian market he bought me some pre-made paneer. So, this week we are having Shahi Paneer! The reviews claim this recipe is easy. I hope so, because it's a busy week.
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal
- Breakfast sandwiches
- Chocolate Cheerios
Lunch:
- Leftovers
- Frozen veggies
Dinner:
- Shahi Paneer with rice
- Heman Sandwiches (Step-mother's recipe) with tomato soup
- Chilaquiles (I haven't made these since last summer. Fun!)
Snacks/Dessert:
- Greek yogurt with chocolate sauce (Thanks, Sarah, for the suggestion!)
- Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (I like nutmeg, but this time I'm going to sub cinnamon.)
- Oranges
- Doritos with Cheese (Yes, this is amazingly unhealthy. There you go.)

That Shahi Paneer recipe looks delicious! That's our favorite Indian dish to order when we go out, but I've never tried making it. I guess I need to visit the Indian grocery nearby for some paneer!
