I realize I haven't been posting as many Charlotte pictures lately, so I thought for the sake of interested family I would post a few. 
Now, a word about Charlotte pictures. Little Lady is not of an age where she is interested in posed shots. In fact, the mere idea that she would stand someplace and sweetly smile for Momma to take a picture is kind of laughable. She is a completely sweet and loving girl, but she is also equal parts determined, busy, stubborn, fascinated by her surroundings, etc. So, "action shots" are what can be expected right now. The pictures I'm sharing today are just a little snapshot into our Thursday.
The weather here right now is GORGEOUS. Charlotte and I spent a long time outside yesterday. She was particularly interested in all of the "bugs" she saw. Ants are hilarious!
While we're here, I'm going to show off my window. Maybe I'm completely crazy, but last week I decided to commit to an idea I've had bouncing around in my head for a long time. I decided that I wanted to find an old cool window and hang it up somewhere in my house as decoration. I dragged the whole family to the Habitat for Humanity Restore, and as luck would have it there was a window there. My husband loves me and humors me, so here's my window!
Charlotte saw more ants on our driveway, so she crawled around on her hands and knees for a long time to get a better look.
Then she realized that Momma was taking a ton of pictures, took my phone/camera from me, and got a quick shot of my foot.
Next we headed inside and Charlotte played with her new play kitchen. She likes to put her snack inside the sink, then stand at the sink and eat it. (I did not intentionally dress her to coordinate with the kitchen!)
Finally, our last activity in this little "snapshot." We are in the beginning stages of working on a new project...
