We actually already had the grilled cheese and tomato soup meal. I don't remember the last time Charlotte ate so much food so enthusiastically. Apparently, grilled cheese and tomato soup is a hit!
- Oatmeal
- 7-grain hot cereal
- Toast with cottage cheese and blueberry preserves
Lunch:
- Tomato Soup, Grilled cheese with caramelized onions, apple slices
- Frozen black bean burgers
- Leftovers
Dinner:
- Black bean quesadillas with fresh pico de gallo
- Guacamole and blue corn chips, baked beans
- Rotini with mushrooms
- Fig-prosciutto pizza with arugala
Snacks/Dessert:
- Greek yogurt drizzled with honey and pecans
- Grapes
- Cottage cheese
- Cheese wedges
- Butterscotch pudding (recipe from Joy of Cooking)

Charlotte has good taste! Grilled cheese and soup are both delicious. I've really wanted simple foods lately...black bean quesadillas and pico de gallo sound fantastic.
