I'm doing the food this week! I'm not as organized about this as Christine, so I'm not using recipes as much.
Breakfast
- Christine's breakfast sandwiches
- Cream of wheat
- Oatmeal
Lunch
- Salad with egg and mushrooms
- Leftovers
Dinner
- Whole wheat pasta with olive oil and veggie sauce
- Portobello sandwiches
- Cream of broccoli soup (from last week)
- Spicy hamburger with cream of mushroom soup + peas and potatoes
Snacks
- Carrots
- Cottage cheese

I would not say that you are not as organized as me at all- quite the opposite. Rather, you have the gift to be able to cook things without recipes and they taste great! The pasta last night was awesome! Loving this week of my hubby cooking.
