- Hummus and veggies
- Chocolate chip cherry cake (I wound up not making the posted cherry cake last week, and have decided to cobble together my own recipe for a cake. I'll post it if it turns out ok!)

Yum, that Thai style pork stew sounds good! May have to try that one. How was the chickpea curry you may a couple of weeks ago? I wanted to try that one too.

I made the pork stew yesterday and it was really good! I doubled the liquid in the crockpot, and if I were to do it again I think that I would quadruple the liquid in the crockpot. (Same goes for the stroganoff I also made from the Cooking Light website.) The chickpea curry was quite good. Really simple, which is nice. Doesn't taste like authentic Indian, but still tasty.
