This week I'm going to ask a good friend of mine to do the cooking for me- my Crockpot. I really have not been using it much lately, so I think it's a good idea to try to become re-acquainted with my slow-cooker. I have two crockpot recipes this week. One is an Indian curry packed with veggies- what a tasty way to increase our veggie consumption for the week! The other recipe is beef stroganoff.
Micah loves stroganoff. When we were newlyweds and I was an even more inexperienced cook than I am now, I used to make him Hamburger Helper stroganoff from the box. I would always serve it with peas and he would always think it was the best meal ever. My cooking has improved since then, but I still have a feeling that he will love having stroganoff for dinner.
