Next week is another crazy week, where I don't get home until 8PM Monday-Thursday. So I'm not cooking much this week, and giving myself permission to add a few more convenience foods to the menu.
- Cereal
- Eggs
- Cream of wheat
- Carnation Instant breakfasts
Lunch:
- PBJ
- Chicken, artichoke, and goat cheese wraps
- Hummus and pita
- Peas/ broccoli with cheese
- Morningstar black bean burgers
Dinner:
- More of the Lunch stuff
- Meatloaf with broccoli and crockpot bread
- "Mexican Sunrise" (halved sweet potatoes baked, then topped with black beans, salsa, and cheddar)
Snacks:
- Cheese wedges
- Almonds
- Apples
- Dried cherries
- Chocolate pudding
