Last week's meals were really tasty and I'm looking forward to trying some more new recipes this week!
Breakfasts:
- Special K Red Berries
- Oatmeal with yogurt
- eggs
Lunches:
- Leftovers
- Ham and swiss sandwiches
- Tomato soup with grilled cheese
Dinners:
- Falafel with cucumber sauce, with pita from Mediterranean Deli.
- Butternut squash gnocchi <- I think I'll add spinach and pine nuts to this recipe, Broccoli on the side.
- Palak Paneer, I am even going to try to make my own paneer! Served with basmati rice.
- Homemade pizza. Crust and type TBD. (Friday or Saturday night, for family movie night.)
- Almond Red Tea Custard (Obviously just Micah and me- wouldn't give this to the little lady with an egg allergy.)
Snacks:
- String cheese
- apples
- jello
- peaches

The gnocchi sounds familiar... :-) Sarah made some some with acorn squash that was uber delicious. Tell us how the custard turns out!
